Courtney Galiano
Courtney Galiano began her professional dance career as a NY Knicks City Dancer. She was a Top Four finalist and returning All-Star on So You Think You Can Dance. Most recently, she was an assistant choreographer and dancer in Grease Live! On FOX. Courtney has performed in live shows like HAIR at the Hollywood Bowl and had the opportunity to choreograph The Simpsons 25th Anniversary, The Simpsons on FOX and PS3’s Just Dance video game campaign. She has performed at award shows like the AMA’s, Latin Grammys, VH1’s Diva’s Live and The Kid’s Choice Awards with Jack Black. Her TV credits include Glee, Shake It Up, Ellen, Fresh Beat Band, CSI, Big Time Rush and SNL. She has danced for artists like Pitbull, Snoop Dogg, FloRida, Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, Adam Lambert and Jennifer Lopez, as well as appearing in movies like Stand Up Guys opposite Al Pacino, Rock of Ages, Jack and Jill and Camp Rock 2. Currently, Courtney is Devil Girl Desiree on VH1’s hit show, Hit the Floor. She owns her own dance convention called The Beat Dance Tour and works hard to raised funds for Multiple Sclerosis research since her diagnosis in 2012.

Derek Piquette
Dancer, Director, Choreographer, and Teacher Derek Piquette began dancing at the young age of 10 in his hometown of Chicopee, MA. From there his dance career accelerated quickly. By the age of 16, he received full scholarships for several ballet intensives and moved to Miami to follow his dreams of becoming a professional dancer training at Stars Dance Studio. At 18 he began teaching at Stars Dance Studio, and was the assistant of Victor Smalley and Angel Armas for two years. As a performer, he has been a company member with TOKYO the Company and Artists Giving Hope, and was a principal dancer in the Bridge To Artists production of Carmen and The Maid. He has also performed in the Paul Mitchell Fashion Show and MOVE the World Charity Event. One of the most exciting experiences in his young career took place in 2015, when he competed in Season 12 of So You Think You Can Dance, finishing among the top 4 stage dancers. He followed up his appearance on the show with the So You Think You Can Dance Live Tour, performing in 70 cities across North America. In early 2017 Derek launched his newest project, Intrepid Dance Company which had its first performance entitled “HER” which he directed and choreographed. Most recently Derek has embarked on a new journey being the lead role in Cirque Du Soleil’s KOOZA as the “Trickster” which is traveling under Big Top in Australia, Singapore and China.
As a teacher and choreographer, Derek has worked for various dance organizations including On the Floor, Hit the Floor, CLI Studios, Mather Dance Company Online, Acrobatic Arts, Step Up 2 Dance, Twilight Dance Convention and Top Ten Dance Challenge where he has judged, taught, and assisted top choreographers in the industry. His career has taken him to destinations throughout the United States, Canada, Central and South America, where he has taught at over 200 competitive dance studios. Since 2014, Derek choreographed more than 350 award winning pieces, including pieces for stars on Dance Moms, Disney’s Backstage and So You Think You Can Dance. Derek currently teaches and assists for On the Floor: The Ultimate Dance Experience, working with young dancers all over North America. He has also choreographed pieces and been a principal dancer in On the Floor’s Gala Nights for Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto for 3 years and has helped raise over $150,000 for the Child Life Program.
With his inspirational drive and love of dance, Derek has achieved many professional and artistic goals and helped other dancers do the same. Derek is especially focused on working with young dancers around the world, hoping to instill in them his enthusiasm for dance and inspire them to become the best they can be. A natural teacher, Derek has an exceptional way of connecting with his students, whether it be in class or through choreography or performing. He makes a lasting impression, leaving his students touched, encouraged, and educated.

Kate Wormald
Kate is an Australian performer, choreographer and dance director. As a dancer she has worked with some of the world’s best choreographers, directors and music stars including George Miller, Baz Luhrmann, Wade Robson, Kelley Abbey, Jason Gilkison, The Squared Division, William Forsythe, David Atkins, Nathan Wright, Michael Gracey, John O’Connell, KE$HA, Robbie Williams, Natalie Bassingthwaighte and Ricky Martin to name a few.
Her success as ‘Australia’s Favourite Female Dancer’ on So You Think You Can Dance, Australia Series 1 sky rocketed an already successful career to new highs.
Kate’s very recent credits include choreography for the launch event for the Azerbaijan Islamic Solidarity Games; Creative Management for The Squared Division on The Voice Australia working with artists Jennifer Hudson and Noah Cyrus and she is currently engaged as the Associate Choreographer for the ceremonies of the 2018 Commonwealth Games in the Gold Coast, Australia.
Other choreography credits include HAPPY FEET 2, So You Think You Can Dance, Australia’s Got Talent, The Voice, X Factor, Dancing With The Stars, BONDS, DAVID JONES SS16 and many more.
Kate has performed in FAME the Musical, Footloose, CARMEN, Glasgow Commonwealth Games Closing, Oh What a Night, HAPPY FEET 1 & 2, X FACTOR, Australian Idol, TV Week Logie Awards, Sir Cliff Richard tour, ROVE, Long Way to the Top, MTV Awards, ARIA Awards, Nickelodeon Awards and various corporate shows around the country.

Pete Engle
Originally from Wisconsin, has been highly involved in the performing arts since an early age. After graduating from Millikin University with a Bachelor of Science in Music Business, Pete made the move to Los Angeles. He began his career at Kazarian/Spencer & Associates in the LA Equity department. Pete joined the Clear Talent Group team in the spring of 2005 and was made the Director of CTG’s premiere Dance Department in 2007. In 2014 he was named the Vice President of Operations in charge of the overall strategic development of the agency. In addition to his executive duties, Pete handles clients in the Choreography and Creative & Development departments that represent directors, writers, choreographers and designers as well as develops client concepts for television programming, feature films and live shows. He, like the rest of his colleagues at CTG, truly believe in a focused roster by representing clients on a personal and individual level. Pete is continually motivated and inspired by the professionals that he works with and the amazing talent that Clear Talent Group represents.

Richard J. Hinds
Richard’s Broadway & Tour credits include Come From Away (Associate Chor.), Disney’s Newsies (Associate Dir.), Jekyll & Hyde (Associate Dir./Chor.), Il Divo: A Musical Affair (Assistant Dir.), 9 to 5 (Associate Dir.) and Disney’s High School Musical (Associate Chor.). Richard worked on the Off-Broadway and West End productions of Here Lies Love (Associate Dir./Chor.). His Regional Theatre credits include La Jolla Playhouse, The Old Globe, Paper Mill Playhouse, Finger Lakes Musical Theatre Festival, Kansas City Repertory Theatre, Ogunquit Playhouse, Gateway Playhouse, Seattle Repertory Theatre and Seattle 5th Ave. Theatre. His Television credits include Bring It, Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, America’s Got Talent and The Bethenny Show. Richard is on faculty at Broadway Dance Center and represented by bloc Talent Agency.
