Carol Connors
Carol Connors, a renowned dance industry veteran and one-time agent with the Beverly Hecht Agency returns to the agency business as a talent agent in the Education Department at Go 2 Talent (GTA). Her experience as a teacher, dancer, choreographer, actress and businesswoman not only informs her understanding of the artists she works with but the needs of studio owners and dancers across the country as well.
She is formerly one of the original co-founders and co-owners of EDGE Performing Arts Center in Hollywood, CA. as well as LA Danceforce (LADF), a national and international dance convention that provided dance education to students, teachers and professionals alike (1992-2012). Her extensive teaching career began in Los Angeles for the Roland Dupree Dance Academy and continued with Dupree Dance Expo, EDGE and LADF as well as teaching master classes and adjudicating at numerous events in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, Australia and Japan.
As a choreographer she has worked on well over forty commercials and with stars including Cyd Charisse as well as the TV shows the Young & The Restless to name just a few. As a dancer/actress she appeared on such shows as Laugh-In, Police Story, Airwolf, The Bob Newhart Show, Simon and Simon and most recently in the films Country Bears, Did You Hear About The Morgans, Pennies From Heavan, The Sweetest Thing, Jackass 2, The Muppet Movie and the smash La La Land.
Gray James
James Gray has just finished choreographing Oliver! at the Goodspeed Opera House. He choreographed the recently released Feature Film Humor Me starring Elliot Gould and Jemaine Clement and staged the Emmy Award Winning T.V. Special Mel Brooks – AFI Lifetime Achievement Award in Hollywood. He also Directed and Choreographed Peg O’ My Heart The Musical at the June Havoc Theatre NYC (MITF Best Musical)
James was the associate choreographer on the original Broadway production of,
A Christmas Story the Musical with Oscar winning Composing team Pasek and Paul.
James has worked closely with Susan Stroman as her long time associate choreographer/director and resident on many productions including The Producers and Young Frankenstein with Mel Brooks, Bullets Over Broadway with Woody Allen, The Last Two People on Earth: An Apocalyptic Vaudeville at A.R.T with Mandy Patinkin and Taylor Mac, Larry David and HBO’s Curb Your Enthusiasm Fatwa the musical starring Lin Manuel.
For the past two years he has worked with Hal Prince and Susan Stroman on Prince of Broadway (Tokyo & Broadway)
His performing credits include The Producers The Musical–Broadway, Original London company and the Movie Musical version and The Royal Variety Performance as "Carmen Ghia" with Nathan Lane.
Young Frankenstein the Musical, original Broadway, understudied and performed the role of "Igor."
London Me and My Girl, and the original companies of Mack and Mabel and Beauty and the Beast. Hello Dolly The Gala with Carol Channing and The Styne Way Gala (where he partnered Chita Rivera and Rita Moreno) at the London Palladium.
James also teaches AUDITION TRUTH workshops in NYC and across America.

Lucy Doherty
Lucy Doherty is an Australian dance artist who is passionate about sharing her love for the art of dance through performance, choreography & teaching.
Lucy began her professional performing career at the age of 19 working internationally for renowned entertainment giants Disney & Universal Studios in both Japan and Hong Kong. Since returning to Australia Lucy has most recently appeared in The Dream Dance Company's “Enter The Vortex” choreographed by Sarah Boulter, Dance Academy The Movie, So You Think You Can Dance Australia Season Four, Paul Malek’s Collaboration the Project including Green Room Award Nominated “Yours Truly” and female lead in “Parkland Avenue”, “Wallow” by Erica Sobol (USA) “Trybe” Stephen Agisilaou, plus corporate performances for Yamaha, Stereosonic, Nine West, Matrix Hair & many more.
As a choreographer, Lucy debuted her first full length work “One” on the Sunshine Coast & toured to three major Australian cities in 2015. The production raised funds and awareness for local cancer care services in each city and was presented by “Dancing For Jane” which she founded in honour of her mother who sadly passed away from breast cancer. Other choreographic features include Immersed Dance Melbourne, Underground Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane, feature film “Up Here” and more. Lucy has also worked as an assistant choreographer to Paul Malek including on the most recent season of SYTYCD Australia.
As a teacher Lucy loves to share her passion for dance and encourage aspiring dancers to be themselves and find their own unique possibilities with dance. She travels regularly teaching classes all around Australia, her choreography blends contemporary technique and story telling that pushes dancers to connect & find authenticity in their performance.
Meisha Goetz
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Meisha Goetz found passion in the industry at a young age. At the age of three her parents signed her up for dance classes at the local studio to where her passion for dance was to begin. After attending numerous dance competitions and conventions, key relationships were established with some of the best dancers and choreographers in the country. Meisha graduated from Cal State University Channel Islands with a Bachelors in Performing Arts and a Minor Certification in Communication. Coupling her education with her experience as a dancer makes working at Clear Talent Group in the Dance Department the perfect match. Meisha’s dedication to her clients and nurturing personality makes her a great mentor for young talent. She is thrilled to be working alongside the industries best at Clear Talent Group.
Mollee Gray
Mollee Gray grew up in Orem, Utah, where she trained at The Dance Club and was mentored by Joey Dowling. She currently lives in Los Angeles, California for the past 9 years! Mollee has been in the entertainment industry her whole life, booking her first commercial job when she was 9 years old. Some of her dance credits include, So You Think You Can Dance Season 6, High School Musical 1,2, &3, The Ellen Show, Shake it Up, The Voice, The X Factor, Taylor Swift, Snoop Dog and much more! The past few years she fell in love with a new avenue in the industry with acting! Some of her acting credits include, GIGGLES in Teen Beach Movie, and Teen Beach 2, Best Friends Whenever, Free Period, Paramount's No Strings Attached, Lifetime's Double Daddy, The Reliant, The Favorite, and the MRS. Series! You can catch her newest movie “A Night to Regret” airing on Lifetime June 24!
Rob McLean
Rob McLean is a teacher, dancer and choreographer. Originally from Canberra, Rob is currently based in Sydney and fast becoming one of Australia’s most sought after choreographers and dancers.
As a performer his credits include; Justin Bieber, Jason Derulo, X Factor Australia, Kelly Rowland, Vera Blue, Jessica Mauboy, The Dream Dance Company, So You Think You Can Dance Australia season 4, Ricki Lee, Dancing For Jane, NRL State of Origin 2015, Telstra, Peter Alexander, Diesel, Australian Dance Festival, Victorian Dance Festival, Crazy Domains, Adobe and many more. Last year Rob toured Australia and New Zealand with the Dream Dance Company’s ‘Enter The Vortex’, directed by Marko Panzic and choreographed by Sarah Boutler.
As a choreographer Rob has exhibited work Internationally at Hennessy VSOP Artistry Awards in Shanghai, and in Australia for multiple events including The Australian Dance Festival, The First VI, Short and Sweet Melbourne, Speakeasy Industry Dance Night in Sydney, Carnival in Sydney and Immersed Dance Industry Night in Melbourne. He has taught and choreographed for many schools and studios around Australia.
Rob is not only a passionate dancer and choreographer, he is also a very well respected teacher, across Australia and overseas. He creates a relaxed and fun environment, at the same time really pushes his students to extend and improve their abilities. His knowledge and unique style of choreography fused with his passion and determination is seeing Rob on many dance conventions and seminars across Australia. Last year Rob taught with two of America’s biggest conventions touring Australia in 2016 - NRG and KAR. Rob travelled internationally again, teaching throughout Japan in January and November, as well as performing and choreographing in China late 2015. Last year saw Rob teaching for the 4th consecutive year at the Australian Dance Festival, and on the line-up for major dance camps held in Australia featuring teaching from all over the world, Australian Dance Camp and HDI. Rob has just returned from teaching internationally at Motion Dance Camp in New Zealand.
Rob has also spent a lot of time working as an adjudicator over the past two years. He has worked for Get The Beat in multiple cities across Australia, New Zealand and in Singapore, as well as with American dance convention KAR on their Australian Tour. Rob was selected as an Australian representative judge for Australia’s World Of Dance qualifier in Brisbane alongside an incredible international panel in 2016 and 2017.
